Microtopping

We offer effective micro topping service. A micro topping is a cementitious product that we use as a solution to repair cracked concrete. Our process works best oninside applications, and horizontal surfaces. We generate a smooth, durable and neat surface, that is almost impossible otherwise. We use this technology over the interior surfaces like indoor concrete, foyers, hotels, shopping centres, open plaza, museums, office Centres, garages, and general interiors. It is a beneficial process due to multiple reasons. It is easy to apply, no additional additives are needed, superior coverage, outstanding bonding over concrete, excellent mold resistance, and can be coloured. Before applying micro topping, we verify that the surface is clean and free from debris. We firmly remove the traces of chemicals, traces of concretes and other such elements showing up on the surface. If needed, our skilled professionals clean the surface with water, acids or water blasting to remove all small particles. On demand, we used specialized products before the micro topping is applied. Our workforce understands that it is extremely important to repair any irregularities, holes or cracks for the excellent finishing. For the excellent results, we ensure that a proper bonding is obtained. We first, dampen the surface and start applying the material with a squeegee and steel pool trowel . We apply adequate material to cover the concrete surface in a single pass. Once the product starts to dry, we smooth the surface, using a steel trowel.
